you have already received our wholesale pricing and would like to place an order online, please fill out the form below with
the items and quantities that you would like to purchase, and someone will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of
your order total including shipping costs and to inform you of expected shipping dates. Wholesale orders can be placed via
this form, or by telephone. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card or electric checking debit for payments
on wholesale orders via Paypal. Please place your order and a representative of Sophisticated Pup will contact you to verify
